Sponsor/Exhibitor Registration - 2024 WSCA Conference

If you would like to get your information to our attendees, we are offering the option to place an item in our participant tote bag. Details are as follows:

Tote Bag Item

DEADLINE: Tuesday, March 5 at 2pm

• Provide at least 750 items. 
• Items can be any promotional material or SWAG item suitable to fit inside a 15" x 20" tote bag. Heavy catalogs or bulky items are not recommended. 
• Items must be physically located in the conference center by the deadline. 
  
• Items may be shipped to or dropped off at the conference center.
• You can ship the items to the conference center to arrive no earlier than March 1 (fees apply) or you can drop them off in person on Tuesday, March 5. Shipments must be paid for in advance and ordered via this form. 
  
• IMPORTANT: Clearly mark your packages with "WSCA TOTE BAG ITEM" to ensure your items are placed in the tote bag. We begin filling bags on Tuesday, March 5 at 2pm. Though we try our best to figure out what items are intended for our tote bags, we cannot guarantee your item will be included in the bag if the boxes are not clearly marked.
